Business Analyst, Enterprise

About the role:

As a Business Analyst on our Enterprise team, you will play a key role in leading the implementation of Estateably for some of our most complex and high-impact clients. You’ll work directly with enterprise stakeholders to understand how they operate, translate their workflows into the platform, and ensure the system reflects how their teams actually work.
From discovery to go-live, you’ll guide clients through setup, configuration, and training, making sure they feel supported every step of the way. You’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver thoughtful, well-executed implementations built for long-term success.

What you can expect:
Demo Environment & Pre-Sales Support:
  • Build and maintain tailored demo environments for enterprise prospects.
  • Configure sample workflows and data to reflect client use cases.
  • Create customized letterheads and document templates for demonstrations.
  • Support functional discussions during the presales cycle.

Requirements Gathering & Solution Design:
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with enterprise clients.
  • Document business processes, workflows, and reporting needs.
  • Identify gaps between client needs and current product functionality.
  • Propose practical configuration or workflow solutions.
  • Support the Project Manager with accurate inputs for planning and effort estimation.

Platform Configuration:
  • Configure Estateably’s platform in accordance with approved solution designs.
  • Implement letter automation and document generation workflows.
  • Set up custom templates, letterheads, and automation logic.
  • Support data mapping and integration discussions where applicable.
  • Validate configurations before client review and go-live.

Client Enablement:
  • Deliver structured end-user training sessions to users at different levels.
  • Provide practical guidance on workflows and system usage.
  • Produce clear end-user documentation when required.
  • Support clients during testing, user acceptance, and go live phases.

Internal Collaboration & Delivery Support:
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor progress and manage scope.
  • Participate in technical and functional discussions with internal teams.
  • Contribute to estimating implementation efforts.
  • Share learnings and help improve internal implementation processes.

Desired Skill Set:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software implementation as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of data relationships and system configuration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise clients.
  • Experience working with financial institutions.
  • Experience working in cloud-based SaaS environments.
  • Experience in the trust industry will be considered an asset.
  • Experience acting as a project manager would be considered an asset.
  • Exposure to integrations and APIs.
  • Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, or JavaScript.
